Gluten means What?
Gluten refers to the proteins found in wheat endosperm (a type of tissue produced in seeds that's ground to make flour). Gluten both nourishes plant embryos during germination and later affects the elasticity of dough, which in turn affects the chewiness of baked wheat products.

க்ளுடேன் ப்ரீ என்றால் என்ன ?க்ளுடேன் (Gluten) தமிழ் பெயர் : ஒட்டிக் கொள்ளும் பசைப் பொருள் - பசையம் அப்படி என்றால் ...கொஞ்சம் கோதுமையை அள்ளி வாயில் போட்டு நன்றாக மெல்லுங்கள். மென்று கொண்டே இருங்கள். கடைசியாக வாயில் பபுள்கம் போல் மிஞ்சும். அது தான் க்ளூடன். 

அது போன்ற பசை போன்ற உணவுகளை தவிர்த்து செய்த உணவுகளை க்ளுடேன் ப்ரீ(gluten free) என்பர் . அப்படி தயாரிக்கும் உணவு பொருள்களில் ஓட்டப்படும் label களை தான் நான் இங்கு உங்களுக்காக தமிழில் செய்துள்ளேன் உபயோகித்து பயன் அடைவீர்.
